Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as changing your mind, choosing the wrong size, or deciding that you no longer want the product.

Please review our size guide and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue, please include:

• Your order number.
• Clear photos or videos showing the issue.
• A brief description of the problem.

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the circumstances and product availability.

Please do not return any item before contacting us and receiving instructions.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not guaranteed for every issue. Each request will be reviewed individually.

If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method. The time it takes for the funds to appear depends on your payment provider.

Shipping fees, payment processing fees, and other charges may not be refundable where permitted by applicable law.

Lost or Delayed Orders

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your order is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us so we can review the tracking information and help resolve the issue.

A shipment that is still in transit is not automatically eligible for a refund.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests can only be accepted before the order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
